Trados documentation -- cannot print out whole texts

It used to be possible to print the documentation, page by page -- i.e. when you selected Ctrl+P you would see all the text of the documentation page in the print preview page. (And some years previously, there was, I believe, a specific printout button.) But now, all I get in the preview page is the first part of the text that I see on the screen. This makes it virtually impossible to print many pages, as I have previously done (very useful for my way of learning Trados).

Is it now totally impossible to print the screen pages other than one image at a time?

  • Thank you for this suggestion! The print function works OK (but with an important issue; see below). One problem, however, is that when I want to print out more pages (i.e. return to the original documentation page) I have to click the link on top of the Reader Mode page and then click the menu icon at top left (of the Documentation page) to see the contents. This is instead of having the contents menu open all the time and easily navigating between the pages.

Furthermore, the Reader Mode does not render all contents. For instance, for the page Trados Copilot - AI Assistant this text is left out:

Screenshot of Trados Studio documentation page highlighting AI Assistant features with a note about AI Assistant replacing previous versions and a list of topics including setup, getting started, working with prompts, and reference.

So, in all, this is not the solution I needed. (I have looked at the "reader mode" features but cannot find any option which covers this latter problem.
