I followed suggestions from RWS Community AI. I opened "English US"-"French Canadian" > "Verification" > "QA Checker 3.0" > "Punctuation" and unchecked Search for unvoluntary spaces. And I received a message telling me to add a Breaking Space AFTER the exclamation point. Which is not accepted at the end of a sentence.
