Good morning,
we have two problems with Trados 2021.
1 every now and then the program throws us out for no apparent reason and sometimes we lose the last part of the work performed.
2 Every once in a while all of a sudden all segments including empty ones appear as confirmed
who can help us?

Ignoring the fact you are using an unsupported version of Trados Studio, so it's old and if there is a problem we need to address it won't get looked at ion that version, I think we need a little more info to try and help.
