Trados Studio 2022. Index out of range error when using a termbase within the project

Hello, I am having an issue with termbases attached to a Trados Studio 2022 project for one client (only happens with them). If they include the termbase with the project, when I try to confirm the translated segment I receive the "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index. If I remove the termbase I no longer get the error. If I manually add the termbase, the error returns.I can use the termbase in the MultiTerm 2022 desktop application, but that means manual searches and possibly missing terms. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be welcome. Here is the stack trace:

Could be you solved this already, but just in case!!

The error points towards the Term Verifier attempting to access a term that does not exist in the "collection".  The most likely reasons for this are that your termbase is missing terms, or even that your termbase is stored on a OneDrive path, or some other cloud solution.  The reason this unlikely sounding reason is a potential culprit is that your termbase file (.sdltb) or project files (.sdlproj, .sdlxliff, etc.) are not fully synced when accessed by Trados Studio, and partial data could result in unexpected behaviour like missing entries or incomplete content.

Worth a check if this is still causing you a problem.
