You already processed the upgrade to Trados 2024, so Trados 2019 won't work anymore. Have you tried installing Trados 2024 on your Windows 8 PC as a temporary solution to this?

What do you mean installing ? When I tried to use it (activating Trados Studio 2024 Freelance), it did not want to open.

and the support answered me : "Unfortunately, Trados Studio 2024 is not compatible with Windows 8.1, and will only run on the latest build of Windows 11 and Windows 10." And it's not certain that the result of an upgrade to Windows 10-11 on my computer will be successul. I feel trapped.

You could try and use Trados 2022 free trial for the time being https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/Studio/CUs/SR2_CU11/TradosStudio2022_SR2_CU11_19134.zip

Unfortunately you already upgraded, so I do not think there is a way to retrieve Trados 2019 anymore. Moreover, Trados 2019 is not a supported version.
