when I use TM,some segments just different in numbeis are not auto-localized

hello ,when I use File-based TM to translate ,some segments that are just different in numbers,Trados can't auto replace it ,like the following photoScreenshot of a translation software interface showing text segments with numbers highlighted. Some segments are marked with red boxes indicating issues with auto-replacement of numbers.

but others can auto-localized,like the following photo

Screenshot of a translation software interface with a single line of text. A segment with numbers is highlighted and enclosed in a red box, showing a potential issue with number auto-replacement.

I think they have similar strucure,(化合物 number-number),And trados studio  have been identified, but some of them have been fixed while some haven't.

"Question improvement suggestion": Please provide more specific details about the issue you're experiencing. This includes the exact version of Trados Studio you're using, the specific steps you're taking when the issue occurs, and any error messages you're seeing. Also, please describe what you expect to happen versus what is actually happening.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

From your description, it seems like you're having trouble with Trados Studio's auto-localization feature when translating segments that only differ in numbers. This issue might be due to how Trados Studio handles recognized tokens, such as numbers, in the translation memory.

When translating, Trados Studio pairs source and target tokens. If a similar recognized token is found in a new segment, Trados Studio will replace it. However, unexpected results can occur when segments have different recognized tokens that are translated differently. For example, an alphanumeric string (2x) translated to a number (2 x) instead of an alphanumeric string can cause issues.

To resolve this, ensure you're using the same format where possible when translating recognized tokens. You can also set up QA Checker rules to spot incorrect translations. For more information on how to do this, please refer to the QA Checker section in the Trados Studio help documentation.
