No, I need a configuration, a "magic button" to "ADD NEW SEGMENT TO THE TM OR OVERWRITE THE SEGMENT RETURNED BY THE TM AS 100%/CM".

Perhaps your problem comes from trying to use the software in a way it has not been designed.  If you are sharing file-based TMs with other users for update then I think you're probably asking for trouble :-)

If you use your TMs in read-only mode, and ask your translators to use Project TMs when the projects are created then you will only update your Main TMs when you're happy and you would use the batch task to overwrite existing translations.  This might be interesting for you:

If you used cloud or server-based TMs you probably wouldn't have this issue, but it sounds as though you might be using a TM designed for use by a single translator and so the different userIDs added to the TU probably ensure you don't overwrite (I think) as this could easily be a mistake.

So to resolve your issue I think you have a clean up task ahead of you.  This tool might be helpful for that:

Or a more manual approach by exporting to TMX, split the TMX up into bitesized chunks and then create a STudio project using the TMX files and the TM attached (best to work with a copy) and work through it looking for duplicate results.
