Error by opening project from cloud in Trados Studio 2024

I created a project in cloud and uploaded a pdf file to be translated.

The file name is  ‌P‌‌sicologia‌‌ ‌‌da Gratidão, a book which I am translating from Portuguese into German.

The task in cloud is showing 53554 words.

I tried to import the project in Studio 2024. Trados Studio Project file 1957KB

I got the error message:

"Das Projekt "Psychologie der Dankbarkeit" konnte nicht geladen werden: Der Index war außerhalb des Arraybereichs."

I am afraid the problem could be the character  "ã" from Portugiese language at the file name: P‌‌sicologia‌‌ ‌‌da Gratidão.

Could you please give me a support on how to revert the error?

    Please reset TS as described here: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414

    If this is not enough, delete the folder listed there completely. Also delete this folder: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18

    Now TS should start. Your plugins will be gone, so reinstall all you need via Add-Ins within Trados Studio.

    Then rename the project using only ASCII characters. My experience is, that using diacritical characters in file names always leads to problems, so I never use these.

    Thank you for answering so promptly.

    I did the repair steps, workaround 1)

    Workaround 2) I could not find the following files to reset them

    • BaseSettings.xml
    • Plugincache.xml
    • UserSettings.xml

    I have not been able to solve the problem. I possess a license for Studio 2021 and upgraded to Studio 2024 Freelancer. However, I haven't been able to work with Trados so far.

    I am facing multiple issues: I can no longer see any projects in Studio 2021, and I am unable to open Studio 2024. Additionally, projects from the Studio 2024 cloud cannot be exported and opened in Studio 2024. I have renamed the files using ASCII characters, but the issues persist.

    I am not very tech-savvy and fear I might delete something important and lose everything. I urgently need technical support. I do not have a support contract, but is it necessary to get one? As a freelancer, I work alone with 2-3 revisers who do not use Trados (since I only have one license). I am unsure if a support contract would be cost-effective for me.

    Who can I contact for direct support?
