I have tried to set Trados for a PDF containing a word attached as a comment:
In the PDF common settings I activated:
However, only the text of the PDF document is processed and shown in the Editor.
Of course, there is no problem with downloading the word and translating it separately.
But maybe there is an easier way.

I don't think so... always better to work with a DOCX anyway.

Thank you, Paul! Then I just save the .docx, translate it and embed it translated back in PDF. Easy and reliable. Thank you for answering!
