Hi guys,
Recently I have been having trouble opening packages from my clients with Trados Studio 2022. The error message is as displays:
It seems that the file name is too long for Trados to open, but I have no permissions to change it.
I just tried downloading the package file under the shortest path, such as C:\ or the desktop, but both didn't work.
I've also tried to repair, uninstall, and install Trados Studio 2022, but the problem remains.
Is there any systematical solution?
I would be very glad and grateful if someone could help me solve this problem.
