Hyperlink in sentence splits into two segments and creates two instances in target file.

Question

Have a number of translators that are having an issue when bringing in a word document with a number of bulleted lists sentences that have a hyperlinked word(s). 
 The sentence itself looks normal in word: 
 
 Trados for some reason breaks the sentence up (not all hyperlink are at end some in middle of sentence) and it looks like this: 
 
 In the Word translated version it will look like this with two hyperlinks.

What would be causing this and how can they fix this? 
 
 Using Trados: 17.2.11.19134 and using Windows 10 Enterprise.

 If you look carefully in your segment, you will see there a tag stating "fieldname=hyperlink". So the hyperlink IS in the sentence, not outside. Adding the hyperlink extra there will make it appear double. In your case it is enough to translate the sentence as it is including the field tag and then copy&paste the following hyperlink in your target text or adapt the hyperlink there. 
 I do not know the source format, but there is nothing wrong here. Maybe you can adapt the settings in the file type for your source file, but there is no real need to fix it. It is already fixed
