This isn't anything we are aware of yet, so we would like to try and reproduce this problem first in Support.  I have logged a support ticket on your behalf through the solution finder so we can do this, and if possible work with you to identify the problem.

You should have received a notification of the ticket and a support engineer will be in touch in due course.

In the meantime, can you see if you have the report xml files in the report folder of your project?  If you open the specific project folder you'll find the report folder in there and any created reports as xml stored inside.  If you do have these reports can you see if the CopyWordCount App works for you?

ok - I know they are trying to repro themselves first. But good you can use CopyWordCouont as this means the report is created and the problem seems to be with how it's generated in your report view.

Perhaps it's worth trying a reset? Rename this folder and restart Studio:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0

That often helps a variety of ills.
