You can make a backup right now. It’s a matter of copying the files of that project3 and pasting them somewhere else just in case you need them later. If your TM is working fine, just connect it to the new Trados Studio project, and by default it’ll be used to pre-translate (no need to use G4T as shown in the video).

Anyway, having resources under OneDrive is asking for problems, that may be the reason why the project file (sdlproj) got corrupt.
