Can't edit the source document in Trados Online Editor

Greetings! I am new at working with Trados, learning. Can't edit any segment in the source document in Trados Online Editor. "Allow editing of source text in segments" is active. How could this problem be solved?

 Please make sure on the Project Settings you saved the option "Allow source editing" and then follow this procedure:

Open the appropriate file in Trados Online Editor . 
 Select the target area of the source segment that you want to modify. 
 On the Home tab, in the Segments group, select Other Actions > Edit Source . 
 Make the necessary changes in the source segment, and then select another target row.
