PDF not converted into word

Question

Hello, 
 I cannot work anymore with any .pdf documents. The pdf document is not converted into word. Any idea why?

 AI reply might or might not have answered your question. The PDF file type changed from 2022 to 2024, and it does not do OCR any more. 
 If you are using Trados 2024, use this free app: https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/197 
 Alternatively, convert the PDF to DOCX (Word) using Acrobat Pro, if you have that. It's always good to clean up the resulting DOCX before translating.
