I have been trying to add user while creating the Trados package, but it hangs every time.
I also tried to do it on Trados cloud but there is no option of user there. In the wiki they have shown the user tab
but I can't find it anywhere. Please help out.
In case it helps you in the future, when you first feel the need to create your post it's worth entering the subject into the search, like this:
You'll see that when you do this if the topic has been discussion before you'll get a bunch of suggestions which might save you having to wait for a response to your question. In this case the first one looks good:
