Problem uploading Excel file

Hi

I received an Excel file from a client and could not upload it to Team to translate in Studio 2024, eventually figured out it was one sheet on the Excel that was the problem, it seems to have tags in it, it is from website originally but this is the format the client wants to use. Is there any way I can upload it to translate?

When I removed this page from the original Excel I was able to translate the rest of the Excel without any problems.
I am using: Trados Studio 2024 - 18.0.2.3255

I have tried to add the excel file here as a link, please let me know if this does not work.

    Hello Cassie,

It seems like you're having trouble uploading an Excel file to Trados Team for translation in Trados Studio 2024. The issue appears to be related to one specific sheet in the Excel file that contains tags.

Here are some steps you can try:

Step 1: Open the problematic Excel file and inspect the sheet that's causing the issue. Look for any unusual formatting, hidden rows/columns, or embedded objects that might be causing the problem.

Step 2: Try to save the problematic sheet as a separate Excel file and then upload it to Trados Team. This might help isolate the issue.

Step 3: If the problem persists, you might want to consider converting the problematic sheet to a different format, such as .csv, and then uploading it to Trados Team.

Step 4: If none of the above steps work, you might need to manually remove the tags from the problematic sheet before uploading it to Trados Team.

Please note that these are general suggestions and might not solve your specific issue. Without more information about the error message you received and the steps you took when trying to upload the file, it's difficult to provide a more specific solution.
