Cannot load hitlist file. Error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hi,

I am trying to load an mthits file in Hitlist Settings, but I get the above error message. I use Trados Studio and Multiterm 2022 SR2. All updates have been installed. I've tried shutting down Trados and restarting. Can anyone help?

Thank you
