Create a keyboard shortcut for accented uppercase

Hi, 
 
 I use Trados 2017. Before, I had a laptop with a numerci keypad allowing me to use the Unicode shortcuts for the accented uppercases ( &Agrave;, &Eacute;) and for &Ccedil; and &OElig;, but I have a new laptop without numeric keypad, and with a keyboard not allowing me to use shortcuts for these. 
 
 I would like to know if someone knows if I can create any shortcut for them directly in Trados instead of having to go through Add a symbol.

 J'ai peut-&ecirc;tre une id&eacute;e pour r&eacute;gler la majorit&eacute; de vos probl&egrave;mes de frappe depuis que votre nouvel ordinateur portable n'a plus de pav&eacute; num&eacute;rique... surtout si votre langue cible est bien le fran&ccedil;ais et pas l'espagnol ou l'italien. 
 Le clavier fran&ccedil;ais offre un acc&egrave;s facile &agrave; un large choix de voyelles accentu&eacute;es minuscules , ainsi qu'&agrave; "&ccedil;" (mais pas &agrave; "&aelig;" ou "&oelig;" !). Les majuscules se trouvent g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement au d&eacute;but d'un mot ou dans un mot enti&egrave;rement en majuscules. La marche &agrave; suivre serait donc de: 
 
 taper le mot enti&egrave;rement en minuscules, 
 s&eacute;lectionner ledit mot, 
 faire une fois MAJ+F3 ( Trados shortcut ) pour mettre l'initiale du mot en majuscules, 
 faire MAJ+F3 une seconde fois pour mettre le mot entier en majuscules. 
 
 Et voil&agrave; ! (en anglais dans le texte ). 
 Cela ne r&eacute;sout pas 100% de vos probl&egrave;mes, mais une bonne partie de ceux-ci.

 I'm not sure if this was already implemented in Trados 2017, but perhaps you could try going here and setting up some custom automatic text replacements. File - Options, then the menus shown below.
