The wsxz fomat is not in the supported packages, even after installing the World Server Compatibility Pack for Trados Studio 2021...

Please make sure there are no updates for Trados, since you just installed it on a new computer. 

Please also check the documentation about Trados 2021 and Worldserver packages and see if there is something you may have missed.

You can also export the package again, save it locally and then try to open it.

Each time I try to open WS package in Trados 2021 I get the attached error...I can only open it with Trados 2019

Yes, it appeared just after installing it...

Is you Trados updated as well? you need to make sure Trados is updated and you download and install the version for your Trados - another version of the app won't work for yours.

I have just installed TradosStudio2021_SR2_CU12_9338

And now it works..but still my versions of Trados (laptop and desktop) do not connect to the Internet... it has never worked so 
I have to check for updates manually....
