Presumably you are talking about Trados Studio 2024?  Or is this still an older version you upgraded to?

Looking at the size of your fields and text this is clearly a resolution problem that you could probably resolve by working at a higher screen resolution or by adjusting your Windows display scaling settings.  If you reduce the scaling percentage (e.g. from 150% down to 125% or 100%) the full dialogue box and buttons should display correctly.

If this is indeed Studio 2024, it may also be worth checking whether you are on the latest cumulative update, as some UI layout issues have been addressed in recent builds.

If you are on the latest version and this is still a problem then this is probably something that will get addressed in a future update as the teams are slowly but surely working through the UIs and bringing them into line with modern display scaling.  In the meantime, the only practical workaround is to adjust your display resolution or Windows scaling so the dialogue renders correctly.  Although I appreciate that may not be helpful for you if you need the larger display.
