Trados Studio 2024 SR1のリリースメールについて
私は、アカウント管理下のユーザーの一人です。私にはこちらのメールが届きましたが、他のユーザーには届かなかったそうです。
■メール件名:【お客様へのお知らせ】Trados Studio 2024 SR1がリリースされました(日本時間2025/8/12(火)13:27)


他のユーザにも配信される設定にするにはどうすればよいでしょうか。

 また、こちらのメールは他のユーザにも配信されていました。この違いが判らない為、問い合わせております。

    If I understand you correctly you are part of some account where you might have several licences but only one or two people on the account?  In this case only the users in the account would receive a notification because we would not have details for others using a licence that you provide.

    However, all users of Trados Studio will receive the notification of the updated release within Trados Studio itself.  So that seems the best way for them to see it.

    Have I understood your question correctly?  I wasn't sure, so please correct me if your question was something else.

    These are related to Trados Cloud.  If you have added users to the Cloud solution (Trados Enterprise, Accelerate, Team etc.) then would have received these notifications through being users on that account.  This is different to the Trados Studio update as users of Trados Cloud don't necessarily use Trados Studio.

    Thank you for looking into this.

    We have 4 additional users on one account.
    Three of them had been registered as users by a sales person from your company who showed them how to register. I am adding them later.
    I am the only one receiving emails and the other 3 are not receiving emails.

    Also, one other person, including myself, was able to complete the update of SR1, but the other two are still unable to update due to an error. (The one or two users you checked with may be referring to these two who were able to update).

    Is it my understanding that this is a user registration issue?

    How can we resolve the issue?

    “I am adding them after the three and have already finished the registration.”

    I'm still not completely sure what is going on here, but what I see is this:

    1. you belong to two accounts.  One is in your name, has three other users on it, but no products in there at all.  So this will obviously not generate any emails from us.
    2. the other one seems to be a company account, and this has the same additional users as you have in your own account, but also one more.
      1. in this account you have one Studio Pro (Network) licence.

    On this basis I'm not sure what you expect here.  The receipt of emails once you have registered in an account, and have a product, is still optional.  All users can state whether they wish to receive emails from us or not.  If they choose no then they won't receive emails.

    Also, one other person, including myself, was able to complete the update of SR1, but the other two are still unable to update due to an error. (The one or two users you checked with may be referring to these two who were able to update).

    This is a different issue altogether and the affected users should create a new thread in the licensing & installation forum here:

    This way the support team will be able to help them directly.  But it's important they create the thread because the support case is opened directly from the thread itself... one thread per user.  We have all their details by virtue of them being logged in, so all they have to do is explain what the problem is.  Don't provide personal info or licence codes.
