Trados removes projects

Hi all,

I work with Trados 2019 and, since yesterday, it removes all project from the list at closing. In Project filter are all 3 options on Show all projects, but I can´t see any of them. Any experience with it? Thank you very much.

Question improvement suggestion: Provide details about any error messages received, the exact version of Trados Studio 2019 you are using, and any recent changes made to your system or software.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your projects not appearing in Trados Studio 2019. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

**Step 1:** Ensure that you are in the Projects view and that the filter is set to "Show all projects." You can find this option on the left side of the Projects view.

**Step 2:** Check if the projects are saved in a location that is accessible. If they are on a network drive, ensure that you have a connection to that drive when starting Trados Studio.

**Step 3:** Verify the file path for the `projects.xml` file. It should be located in `C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects`. Make sure this file is not set to Read-only.

**Step 4:** If you have recently upgraded or made changes to your system, consider renaming the Projects folder to something like "Projects_OLD" and then restarting Trados Studio to see if it resolves the issue.

**Step 5:** If the problem persists, try running Trados Studio as an administrator. Right-click on the Trados Studio icon and select "Run as Administrator."

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please provide any error messages you may have encountered, the exact version of Trados Studio 2019 you are using, and any recent changes made to your system or software. This information will help in diagnosing the problem further.
