Good morning, 
 I am having problems with XML files exported from a website built in Sitecore. Basically, when I import them, it does not recognise the code as tags, in addition to problems related to special characters (UTF-8). 
 Are there specific settings for this type of tag?

Trados can easily handle Sitecore XMLs, I have been doing that for years. You do need to create a custom XML file type. That is so with every XML file. For the screenshot shown above, there is HTML embedded, so you can use the Embedded Content Processor as pointed out in the AI response.
