No option "Download all Cloud Files"

One of the changes in SR1 is the Automatic download of cloud files. According to the new documentation, there is supposed to be an option i Studio, Files view > Cloud Projects menu, called Download all Cloud Files. Not for me, however, This is what the Cloud Projects menu looks like:
Screenshot of the Cloud Projects menu in Trados Studio showing options: Complete Task, Release Task, Download all Files, Open in Cloud, Open in Online Editor, and Refresh.

How come? (And what would be the difference between "Download all Files" and "Download all Cloud Files"?)

Question improvement suggestion: Provide the exact version of Trados Studio you are using and clarify if you have checked for any updates or patches that might affect the availability of the "Download all Cloud Files" option.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

Step 1: Ensure you are using the latest version of Trados Studio 2021 SR1. Sometimes, features may not appear if the software is not updated.

Step 2: Check if the "Download all Cloud Files" option is available when you have a cloud project open. The Files option is only visible when a file is opened or a project is selected.

Step 3: If the option is still missing, consider the difference between "Download all Files" and "Download all Cloud Files." The former typically refers to downloading all files associated with a project, while the latter specifically targets files stored in the cloud.

Step 4: If you are still unable to see the option, it may be beneficial to check the project settings or permissions, as certain restrictions could prevent access to specific features.

Step 5: If the issue persists, you may want to explore the Customer Portal for downloading files or consult the documentation for any recent changes that might affect this functionality.

I hope this answer addressed your question. If not, please reject the answer, add the question improvement suggestion information, and click the RWS Community AI checkbox on the right to try again.

The suggested reply is simply not helpful.

Just a tip.  But if something isn't helpful from the AI then it actually helps to explain why and ask it again.  That way you stand a chance of getting a better response.
