Does this happen only with that particular package? 

Trados 2022 and 2024 are compatible, so there should be no issue of opening a package created in 2024 - unless the package is corrupted or has a corrupted file.

Yes, only with that particular package it seems.

I suggest you contact your client, and perhaps they can recreate that package, if it was a Trados issue it would react to any package or any file opened in Editor.

Since I am not sure how you received the package, I would also suggest removing it and downloading it again from the original location and trying to open it again in Trados and see if you get the same issue.

Thank you. I contacted the client and they sent me another package without the cloud-based TB (although I did have access to it) and everything seems to work now.
