Is there a way to select all the target segments (e.g. of a VERY big document) at once and copy them (to transfer them to a Word doc)? Thank you!

You could use the "Export for Bilingual Review" in the Review menu. That would put them all into Word already in a table. Then if you don't want the source just delete the columns you don't want, of copy/paste the target column as plain text into a new document.
Would that do, or are you looking for something specific wrt formatting?

Oh, thank you very much, Paul, this is perfect for me, formatting is not relevant here, it´s just that the previsualization doesn´t work for this type of documents (and the documents are HUGE)! I´ve been using Trados for YEARS and never tried this one... Merci!
What type of document is the source? Maybe you could create a preview for it... might be better.

json files. But this solution is really good, copy + paste into a word file would be very time-consuming, and this solution is absolutely ok for me!
