Language Cloud not available

I'm using Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338. Language Cloud is not working at all, I get a message that it's not available. I updated my Trados version, and had to even uninstall it and reinstall it because all kinds of weird things and messages were happening. Language Cloud It is checked in the Translation memory and Automatic Translation window. Not sure what else I can to do to get it back... Any ideas? Thank you!
