The second (customer) account disappeared from the available options

Hi All,

I have 2 accounts, one is personal and the other is provided by the customer. I usually switch from one to the other inserting password and username in Studio 2024. Suddenly the customer's account disappeared from the available options. I can only see my personal account. 

Could you please tell me how to restore the second account?
