*Step 1:** Close all RWS applications.  

**Step 2:** Navigate to the following path in Windows Explorer:  

- For Trados Studio 2024: `C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18`  

**Step 3:** Rename the `Plugins` folder to `Plugins_old`. This will disable all plugins temporarily.  

**Step 4:** Check the `Local` folder as well:  

- Go to `C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Trados\Trados Studio\18` and rename the `Plugins` folder there too.  

**Step 5:** Restart Trados Studio and see if it opens correctly.
