I can't open Trados 2024 studio. When I click on the shortcut, it try to open and then disappear.

 Please try the renaming of the folders as indicated above, the repair does not disable the plugins.

I solved that problem by uninstalling Trados Studio, restarting the computer, and reinstalling Trados studio. Somehow I had to repeat this solution, so I uninstalled, restarted and installed twice.

Check for Hidden Files please - perhaps it is hidden 
 gateway.rws.com/csm 
 Also, you need to replace %USERNAME% with your computer name 
 for example, mine looks like this C:\Users\astoian\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18
