Deleting sheet name in Excel bilingual file

Question

Hi everyone, 
 I want to delete the spreadsheet title of my bilingual excel file, and don't know how to do that? please see the screenshot below. 
 Does anyone know how to do that?

 In the View ribbon, select any of the tag icons highlighted here: 
 
 This will hide the file name and replace it with or .
