Trados Studio Freelance . Error message "Could not load file or assembly 'idrsnet15.dll' or one of its dependencies"

I am not able to close myTrados Studio Freelance because I get the error message  "Could not load file or assembly 'idrsnet15.dll' or one of its dependencies". Apart from this,it cannot read/pick 

/open PDF documents. Please advice.
