Also, please keep in mind, Trados is not a photo reader - it is preferable to use the original .pdfs files instead of scanned ones.

Thank you Anca for the speedy response. I have done as instructed. However, my Trados cannot 'see/select' any PDF files as in the original .pdf. I am not able to add any simple PDF files and yet I have checked the settings, and they are okay. Please advise.
