If I try to import the reviewed Word documents by selecting the whole folder (Add > Review Documents from Folder), I get a notification that the file names do not match. However, the file names DO match. If I add the Word files one by one, it works just fine. Any way to fix this?
I remember having the same issue and the culprit was a hardly-to-spot space that shouldn't have been there. I only came across of it after copying and pasting both names in Excel and using the EXACT function (it compares 2 cells)!
Maybe you can verify it in the same way.
If it's still a bug, I have nothing else to say, sorry.
