The easiest way is to use the AnyTM feature:

There is a detailed article shown below (note that in 2015 though it comes standard, in 2014 it was a plug-in):

Another option is to
1) Export the current data as TMX,

2) Create a brand new TM with the languages reversed

3) Import the TMX file into the brand new TM

Then you can use that TM to translate.
