Problem adding termbase after installing SR2

After the installation of yesterday's service releases (I installed the SR2 updates to Trados Studio 2015 and MultiTerm), I can no longer add termbases to my Trados projects. I am able to open the termbase I want to use in MultiTerm, so it does not appear to be an issue with the termbase. Can anyone please help, I really need to use termbases in Trados for some of my projects?

  • Hi Kim,

    I think you'll have to uninstall SR2 and then reinstall the previous version unless you are able to roll back using windows? If it was me, I'd just uninstall and reinstall, it's not too lengthy and is easy to do. If you don't have the installers for the previous build I can make them available to you?

    I would be interested to get a copy of your error messages though? We are hoping to have a fix pretty soon for thee problems but there is at least one error we have seen from a few users which we can't repro and have not been able to get an error stack for. So if you can help me with this that would be good?
