Error: an unexpected error has occurred while loading the application plug-ins

Question

This is truly urgent as I have a huge project to work on with a tight deadline. I cannot access Trados Studio 2011. I get this message "unexpected error has occurred while loading the application plug-ins." 
 I have already uninstalled Trados and reinstalled it, but I still get the same error. 
 I have also tried to repair the application, but nothing seems to be working. 
 Any really great tips and suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be very welcome at this point.

 What are the details in the rest of the error message. This is just the title, but the detail will be more specific so we know what might be causing this error message. You can find the details in these two icons, the one on the left lets you read it, the one of the right lets you save it:

Hi Monika, 
 
SDL won't be doing any work on this one I'm afraid for two reasons. First, this is Studio 2011 and it's not supported anymore so we don't do any bug fixing in this version. Second, the problem is MyMemory and not Studio since you only have this problem when you use MyMemory. I think your best bet is to report this to the developer of MyMemory and he might be able to do something even for Studio 2011.
