Hi,
I don't understand how to add new files to an existing Studio project. When I use the Add new files botton, the files are added on my network, the xlf are created and even pretranslated, but when the translator opens the project, he does not see the added files. He has to open the xlf directly to be able to work. How can I make sure the translator will see the added files when he opens the project?
Anyone had this problem before?

You don't need to create a new project, but after you have added files to an existing project in your Studio, other users working on the same project (located on a shared folder) should close the current project and reopen it from the location of the project folder.
This will ensure that they get the most recent state of the project file (.SDLPROJ), which has been modified when you added files to the project.
The problem is that they work with a local copy of the .SDLPROJ file and this is not updated in their Studio when you add files to the project.
