Terms revisited - a problem

Question

Hi, 
 I've got another problem with Studio 2015. Since yesterday, whenever I want to add a synonym or a note to a term, I get this message:

Also, interestingly there are not any little triangle buttons (next to the image of a pencil) I normally click to add a note: 
 
 Also interestingly, adding synonyms and notes still works in Multiterm! 
 
 Help!

If this just started yesterday then I'd be inclined to run a repair installation on Studio before looking for another answer to this problem.
