Problem with auto-propagating of mesaurements still not fixed?

I am still able to reproduce this problem in the newest version of Trados Studio: www.proz.com/.../249818-studio_2011_auto_propagating_and_numbers.html

I find that for the settings to "stick" I need to close and reopen the project after making changes to the measurement settings. Once I do this, autopropagation works as expected.

It is fixed since at least Studio 2014...

This is not a simple problem, but quite a complex one. 
 But left that alone: please show me a single tool, capable of dealing with measurements and numbers better than Studio does. 
 You've seen my settings, now watch how they perform.

I do consider this is enough proof, that the settings do work.
