Translation memories not recognised in projects

Question

The translation memories are suddenly no longer being recognised in projects I create. It says in the Translation Results window that no TM is open. This only happens when I create projects myself (and the problem only recently started; I haven&rsquo;t had any problems with this in the past). The translation memories still work fine when I open a single document or a package. Does anyone have any idea why this could be? I use Trados 2015.

Hi Denise, 
 I just wanted to close this off as the problem was an interesting one. 
 Projects are created using a template that goes into two target languages, en(GB) & en(US). One TM is added, en(GB). So when the file is translated using only this one TM into en(US) then of course the TM is not recognised. 
 Problem could be solved by using two TMs, one into en(GB) and one en(US), but the preferred solution was to use one TM added with AnyTM. In case anyone has not seen this feature yet: 
 
 The article was written when this was an AppStore application, but today it's an integral part of Studio 2015.

Which template do you use for creating projects? When creating a project, do you follow all steps of just go until the step for adding the file for translation? In both cases: check the settings at the TM window. For checking the template, go to File -> Setup -> Project templates. 
This is only a setting problem, so please check your settings and the template used.
