A message from MT Auto Suggest

Hi all, tonight I am getting this message from MT Auto Suggest "Failed to retrieve Be Global language pair information: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."
Could anybody help? Last night everything was ok with the same project.

    Hi Jerzy, thank you very much for the reply.
    Well, I did it but I keep getting this message.
    I am working on a project package. Today, with this project opened, I opened also another glossary file, I think it was in some other language combination. Now 1. I don't see this glossary file to close it, 2. I am getting this message for my project. Obviously something has confused it.
    What should I do? Shall I import the package again? What will happen with the rows I already translated?

    A glossary has nothing to do with MT Autosuggest. Are you sure you talk about glossaries, which are for me termbases and are added in a different place?

    Anyway, please go to project settings, then to language pairs and to TM settings. Remove all machine translation related items from there.  Please check in "All Language Pairs" and in the specific language pair. Close the project, restart Studio and add the MT source to the project again.

    And you did not state the Studio version you're using. A screenshot of your settings would be really helpful. To insert it, click here when replying:

    This will bring you to a window with menu bar, similar to the one you know from Word:

    Click that button and upload a screenshot you previously stored on your PC.

    Thanks, Jerzy.

    I am using Studio 2014. I tried to do as you advised, but I don't know... I am relatively new to it, I know only the basic features. Anyhow, I'll try to put some screenshots here. It says there are two languages there (Serbian, Latin and Serbian and Montenegro). Maybe this produces the confusion.

    By the way, can I import the project again from the start but to retrieve somehow what I have already translated?

    The behavior of autosuggest has ben dramatically changed in Studio 2015 and at the moment I have no active copy of Studio 2014 on my machine.
    So I've done some research: please refer to this producthelp.sdl.com/.../5295.html
    However, I'm quite certain BeGlobal (SDL Language Cloud) does not support Serbian at all, so it would wonder me, how that could work previously. You could use "MyMemory" as MT source provider for auto suggest though - this should support your language pair and is free.

    As for reimporting the project: locate the current project on your HDD. Within the project you'll find a folder with the translation memories. Copy the first one from the list: "Dialogue.sdltm" to a new folder.
    Now in Studio, right click the project in the project list and select "remove from list". When done, you'll be able to receive the package again. Select a new folder for the package, as the old one is already full. When received, replace the TM in the new project with the one you copied from the old project. As soon you are sure all works fine, you can delete the old project from your HDD.
