Failed to save target file

I am currently translating the file, that is originally Json file, with trados. At the end I need to deliver the translated file in Json. However, I cannot save my translation in its original file format because trados says "Cannot find file type definition with id Library_Json RegEx v 1.0.0.0". The same thing happened, when I translated xml files.

My client says that this should be fixed by changing settings but I have no idea where and how. It would be appreciated if I could have some advice on this.

    In your project settings please go to file types. You should see a blue underlined message on the right side, that additional file types exist. If you activate the JSON there, it should work. But again - in such case as yours this is the customers part to create the target.
