Failed to save target file

Question

I am currently translating the file, that is originally Json file, with trados. At the end I need to deliver the translated file in Json. However, I cannot save my translation in its original file format because trados says "Cannot find file type definition with id Library_Json RegEx v 1.0.0.0". The same thing happened, when I translated xml files. 
 My client says that this should be fixed by changing settings but I have no idea where and how. It would be appreciated if I could have some advice on this.

Yes, the filter is not of the same type, as the one your customer used. Either ask the customer for the proper file type or tell him to produce target.
