Question

Hi! I have a problem with Trados 2014. Whenever I try to open any file I get the error message: 76bf944c-9973-4caf-a812-1afeaef13c28 Parametername: key 
 Does anyone know what this means?

Hi Elisa, 
 
I think the first course of action is to carry out a reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\11.0.0.0
