This works fine for me without doing anything special.  Here I have "machine translation" in both termbases and they are both displayed:

My guess is that one of your termbases, the one not displaying the target term, does not have the language index set.  Make sure it doesn't say "(Not specified)" in the languages of your termbase in the termbase settings like this:

Make sure you check both of your termbases.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your input.  I checked both termbases, and their languages seem fine.  They have different settings, with mine using sublanguage and the client's (the one that's not displaying the target term) using main language.  From my experience, the first termbase usually displays target terms properly.  The second termbase often times does not display the target term.  

In this project, it's the second termbase (the one provided by the client) that does not display the target term.  

Here is a screenshot for your reference.  Would it help if I change my target language from Chinese Taiwan to Chinese?
