When I try to open a package from a specific client I receive the following error message: Project folder xx not valid. Please try another folder.
I happened to have 2014 on this computer and I was able to open it there, but other times it does not work on either of them. Is this an error from the client's side or something I could fix?

Hi Monica,
At which point do you get this message? Does the first window in the wizard open and allow you to change the path to the project? Or does this happen as soon as you open it and before any windows are presented?
If the former did you try changing the path to the project?
