Except for the certifications and e-learnings, all the listed resources are free of charge, but may require you to log in using your RWS account details/credentials.

1) RWS Community

Select 'Trados Portfolio' - if you are asked to log in, simply use your usual RWS credentials (SSO)

Here you can search for support articles and look up specific errors:

Remember to select 'Search with Product Filter' so that you look up RWS articles.
