The TextBase Agent allows you to compare the active document against all open TextBases . 
 
 Every expression containing two or more words that is found in the reference documents (in the open TextBases ) is then highlighted in the active document. The user therefore sees what can be translated from the reference documents and may select to view the results of his/her search to translate the highlighted section(s) (using the Fetch from TextBase option in the MultiTrans menu). 
 
 To look for translations in reference documents 
 
 To use the TextBase Agent function, you must have select ed at leas t one T M from the R esource Manager. 
 Select TextBase Agent from the MultiTrans menu; alternatively, you can right-click on the text you wish to translate, and select MultiTrans > TextBase Agent. R ight-click : 
 Once the TextBase Agent has completed , all words/expressions in your document that are also found in the open TextBases will be highlighted (alternating yellow/red by default). 
 You may then choose which word/expression to translate directly from your reference documents. To do so, select the desired word/expression (previously highlighted), then select the Fetch from TextBase option from the MultiTrans menu. 
 This will bring up the MultiTrans screen, and the search results will be displayed with the corresponding segment highlighted. Find the translation in the Target window and insert it in your document using Ctrl+Ins or select the TextBase Search menu and click on Insert in document only .
